Points on the Voter Revolution Message:
-
Populist nonpartisan
Congresspersons can control every vote in Congress with just 44 members newly elected
to the U.S. House and 10 members newly elected to the U.S. Senate. Legislation passed
by populist nonpartisan and minor party candidates can represent the public policy interests of
99.999% of all citizens.
We can occupy Congress. Populist nonpartisan voters are a super majority. Voting
establishment bipartisan career incumbents out of Congress with your vote will make
needed public policy consensus possible.

Needed
Innovations. Final Five Open
Primary Elections and RCV (Ranked Choice Voting) General Elections In
Every State.1
All Eligible Voters Will Vote
By Mail2
In Every State. Equal Political Speech Under The Law.
All eligible voters will have
one vote on every candidate on primary ballots where they live. Closed
Primary elections will no longer be allowed in any state. In closed Democratic and Republican Primary
Elections as staged today as many as 70% of all eligible voters are blocked from
voting. This is true in many current closed partisan Democratic and Republican Primary Elections in many
states. No eligible voter should ever be excluded from voting to
determine every candidate who will appear on the General Election ballot in their voting
precinct in November. Ultra partisan radicals ("wingnuts") on the extreme left and
right will be kept off of our General Election ballots and out of
leadership in our legislative and executive branches of government.
Broad consensus will then determine the best solutions to our many common problems.
-
The
Equal Political Speech Amendment to the U.S. Constitution proposed by Rich Stevenson will end Corporate Personhood, end the
legal definition of "money" as "political speech," and give exclusive rights to natural
persons, voters, to contribute to or spend money on behalf of political
campaigns. All legal entities that are ineligible to cast a vote, including
political parties, will be excluded
from making contributions or in-kind expenditures to support political
campaigns or ballot issues of any kind. In other words, "if you cannot
vote, you cannot contribute." Self funding candidates are subject to
individual limits on contributions to their own campaigns. Billionaires
will no longer be able to buy their way into public office. All voters will
have an equal "political voice" in every election. We can then
have "Government of the
people, by the people, for the people," Abe Lincoln. Equal Political
Speech! will be reality for every voter.
-
The
Congressional
Term Limits Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as amended
by Rich Stevenson will impose immediate term limits on
establishment career
Congresspersons who have been in the Congress for 10, 20, 30,
40 or even 50 years. Those careers will end after their current term
when the Amendment is ratified. We will have many fresh faces for many
fresh new ideas to solve our many chronic problems. House,
6 years, three terms; Senate, 12 years, two terms.
-
"The
Financial Security Act of 2023."
Re-enactment
of the 1933 Glass-Steagall Act will provide regulations to end the high risk
financial activities that caused the 2008 financial meltdown. Main Street
has not recovered. This version,
like the original, will separate financial banks from commercial banks, to
prevent wild financial speculation and unsafe risks. These
twenty-seven pages will have the same language in the new Act that will provide the same
financial security the old Act did for seventy years until completely overturned in
1999.
-
Fire Career Incumbents: Rich
will go to Washington D.C. to help take the Congressional Majority away from the
corrupt bipartisan two-party system, both parties, the Democrats and the
Republicans. Without a majority, neither party can deliver the favors needed
to raise the political campaign money that has forever corrupted the
bipartisan two-party political system.
-
End Corruption: The
majority party in power is and always has been the corrupt party. The Democrats
led the corruption for forty years before 1994. Now, both parties share
the corrupt spoils. To end the corruption we need to take the majority away
from both corrupt parties. We are the 99.999%. Occupy Congress - Everybody
Vote! Fire establishment
incumbents so we can pass the legislation wanted by the populist voter majority.
Elect Rich, a populist independent.
-
Nonpartisans
are 85% of
the voters in District Three KY with numbers similar to this report on OH 1
voters. We can win this election! [Report
VR92]
Four out of each ten votes cast,
40%, can win this election.
We can elect a clean Congressperson in KY03. Our district.
-
End Fixed Elections: Every
election on every level has been fixed by our two-party system since 1812.
Primary Election D and R incumbent candidates, nearly all unopposed, are party-selected, and then
elected in the General Election. Re-districting,
Gerrymandering (also Google
Please), fixes both Primary and General Elections. Public offices are the spoils
won by the two collusive monopoly parties. The establishment two parties share over 200
years of fixed election corruption. The fix is in. Your vote can help end the corruption. To help,
support Citizens for Stevenson, and elect Rich to Congress
in our KY 03 Congressional District.
-
We
must throw both corrupt parties out on their collective butts to clean up
the mess in Washington D.C. Do not elect an establishment Democrat or Republican if you
want to be represented in Congress. Elect populist nonpartisan and minor party candidates to
represent you and the 99.999% in Congress. Reasonable ordinary candidates
for reasonable ordinary people.
-
John Yarmuth (D) and Donald Trump (R) are
both members of the 0.1 of 1.0% financial elite that controls 100% of
public policy and law to suit their personal interests. Elect Rich to
establish
Public policy that favors your interests, and the interests of the 99.999%,
everyone.
Main Street. Not Wall Street Billionaires.

RICH STEVENSON,
dist03ky@cs2pr.us
-----------------------------------------------
To preserve freedom and our democratic republic we must not re-elect bipartisan career incumbents to public office, as often as possible.
Replace career incumbents with newly elected private citizens.
Elect "Rich." You win. We all win. Rich
is on your ballot for KY District Three Representative to the U.S. Congress on November 07, 2022. You must be proactive in this election campaign to have your voice heard in the U.S. Congress.
Citizens
for Stevenson
Elect nonpartisan independent candidates on your ballot.
We
all win if you apply term limits in the voting booth to all Incumbent public
office holders. Establishment politicians do harm to our dreams of freedom and a
democratic republic. As the
years pass, incumbent politicians serve only their political party and other
special interests that support their personal political ambitions.
