Town Hall Election Day Politics Polling Place Participants KY STRATEGY ONE: DIRECT GRASSROOTS DEMOCRACY: Polling place access to KY voters is really impossible. Talking to fellow voters is called "electioneering" and strictly forbidden within 300 feet of any KY polling place. The First Amendment right to association and assembly is denied on election day in every KY precinct. So this actual second strategy must be used in KY for direct contact with likely voters. Each of us must get a Precinct Walking List for our precinct. Ask for the vote of every likely voter on your precinct walking list or in your neighborhood. Talk to each voter in person and give each an "Elect Rich" flyer and point out a few of the populist open clean election issues on the flyer. This is the flyer we will use: http://cs2pr.us/Rich/pdf/3fly.pdf . (Three flyers per page.) ("Register and Vote!~Clean Government is Possible" message.) Also "paper" parked cars with this flyer under windshield wipers. Use this flyer many ways in your precinct. Download and copy. Make 100 to 200 copies. Cut the pages to make 300 to 600 flyers. Give a flyer to each potential voter in your precinct community. Give a flyer to each registered voter who signs the petition you circulate in your precinct. This can be done as part of your petition effort to put your populist candidate on the ballot. We can follow up with more visits during the election year to advise voters in your neighborhood on campaign progress. Elect Rich. Direct grassroots democracy. Elect a true 99.999% candidate. DIRECT
GRASSROOTS DEMOCRACY: The
purpose of polling place participants is very simple.
Ask
for the vote of every
District Three voter who comes to the polls on November 06, 2018. We will ask for
the vote of every person who actually shows up to vote on election day. We will
give each voter an "Elect Rich" flyer and
point out a few of
the nonpartisan open clean election issues on the flyer. Use the
quarter page flyer: cs2pr.us/Rich/pdf/4fly.pdf
STRATEGY TWO: election week ELECTION WEEK DIRECT PRECINCT GRASSROOTS ACTIVITY: Download and copy the Quarter Page Flyer PDF. At this point in time no one can register to vote. Make 50 to 100 copies. Cut pages to make 200 to 400 flyers. Give a flyer to each voter in your Precinct during the week before Election Day, November 06, 2018. Third page flyers are still good for auto windshield wipers. Use any left over, this week. Occupy Elections! Four of each ten votes cast can win. Just 40%. We can win. http://cs2pr.us/Rich/pdf/4fly.pdf . Spread the message. Elect Rich. Option: http://cs2pr.us/Rich/pdf/2fly.pdf. (Half page flyers.) Use the larger flyer. Download and print. Make 100 to 200 copies. Cut pages down to make 200 to 400 flyers. Get permission and post on public bulletin boards in your precinct. Your: Stores, Libraries, Schools, Churches, and Senior Centers. Option: http://cs2pr.us/Rich/pdf/1fly.pdf . (Full page flyer.) Post the same as half page flyers. Option during election year: Begin today to give a flyer to political friends and ask for their support and their vote for Rich Stevenson in the November 2018 General Election. Build support now and on through General Election day on November 06, 2018. Occupy Elections! 80% of all District Three registered voters are not active supporters of the two bipartisan political parties. Most eligible voters self-identify as populist, independent and nonpartisan voters, and non-voters. The majority are not very likely to vote. For sure, a majority of voters who come to the polls are not active supporters of the two bipartisan political parties. We will give every voter a chance to vote for a new populist option, a "nonpartisan grassroots candidate." The Democratic and Republican congressional candidates are unlikely to make personal contacts with all the actual voters who come to the polls on election day. When we contact all possible voters in their precinct neighborhoods we can win this election. Change is up to everyone. Together. Occupy Elections! e-ONLINE FORM | Participant Count We
Can Win: We
will ask each voter to vote for a grassroots nonpartisan person like themselves. We
are competing with an unpopular bipartisan Congress. We can win with just 4 out of every 10
votes cast on
Election Day. Participate, and you will see that
truth in action. You can help elect a populist nonpartisan independent to Congress to represent 99.999%
of voters in District Three. Winning
the 2018 election depends heavily upon having 4 to 8 participants asking for the
vote of each likely voter in all 608 District
03 precincts. We must ask for the
votes of every likely voter to win. Work in each precinct in the DISTRICT
03 VOTING AREA during the election year
and during
election week, up to election
day, November 06, 2018. There are 608 precincts in District 03 and about half
that many poll locations in Jefferson County. If we can use
KY Strategy One
with a minimum
of Four participants
in each voting precinct during the election year. It will take some work and
some time during the election year. With four participants working for a little over three hours each (3+
hours per month)
during the year we can win. With Six
participants
per precinct
location, each participant may need to spend only a
little over two hours each during the year (2+ hours
per month)
in order to win. Since we cannot talk to voters at
the polls each precinct will require more work outside the polling places to
win. Using all the strategies with a like number of participants (2400 to 3600)
during the election year we can win.
Change is up to everyone. Together. e-ONLINE FORM | Participant Count All KY polls are open for twelve hours, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Some locations have up to four or more precincts in one location. Some would require a minimum of two people present at all times. We need to cover each location with "Elect Rich" signs carried to be present to the voters who come to vote. Getting the required number of participants is the most necessary step to put a District Three Populist Nonpartisan Independent Representative in the U.S. Congress to solve our problems. From a little personal effort we can win a very important Congressional election for the 99.999%. I Pledge to be Self Term-Limited to Two Terms in Office: Four Years RICH STEVENSON, dist03ky@cs2pr.us (Top of Page) ----------------------------------------------- To preserve freedom and our democratic republic we must elect new people to public office, as often as possible, and with as many newly elected private citizens as possible. Elect "Rich." You win. We all win. Rich
is on your ballot for KY District Three Representative to the U.S. Congress on November 06, 2018. You must be proactive in this election campaign to have your voice heard in the U.S. Congress. Elect nonpartisan independent candidates on your ballot. We all win if you apply term limits in the voting booth to all Incumbent public office holders. Career politicians do harm to our dreams of freedom and a democratic republic. As the years pass, incumbent politicians serve only their political party and other special interests that support their personal political ambitions. Town

Early Voter Team (Top of Page) need research on the absentee voter situation in the Commonwealth of kentucky. 05-23-18 rls for now disregard the below comments. rls |
In 2008 many more thousands took advantage of voting early at the Board of Elections and by mail-in absentee ballots. The lines were long in the thirty days before the 2008 election. There were fewer in the 2010 mid-term elections. The numbers of early and absentee voters greatly increased due to the extensive 2008 efforts of the Obama campaign to get voters to vote early and by absentee ballot. Recently passed absentee voter law requires no specific reasons for being unable to vote on election day in order to qualify to vote early or absentee. So all Kentucky voters can legally elect to vote early or by absentee ballot. The number of early and absentee Kentucky voters is very likely to increase in 2018 and the 2020 Presidential election year. (Top of Page) Town Hall Election Day Politics... will have to adjust to this new development in Kentucky voting patterns to be effective. About 10% or more of Kentucky votes in the future will be cast early or by mail, not on Election Day at the polls. Absentee votes provide both an opportunity and a challenge to all independent and minor party political campaigns. The Citizens for Stevenson campaign will meet this challenge by forming an Early Voter Team in Jefferson County to be active for at least 30 days in the two months prior to the November 06, 2018 election day. Occupy Elections! The teams will assure that we ask for the vote of every early and absentee voter. Ten people should be able to handle the task in Jefferson County. Would you be interested in working on a team to complete this important campaign task? For further details, go to the Early Voter Team page to participate. Thank you for all you do. Occupy Elections!
