But You Must Fulfill the Requirements Shown in the Seven Steps Listed Below:

The first four Items are the easy part of the problem.

  1. You must be a U.S. Citizen: Your affirmation (statement) on your voter registration form was usually all that was needed to prove citizenship to vote.  IMPORTANT: As of 2016 in ???Kentucky??? you must also provide a photo ID or other acceptable ID at the time you vote to show your name and address located in the precinct  where you vote. You have the right to vote provisionally if you are not shown in the precinct voter list.

  2. Be Age 18 or Older: You must be 18 years of age on or before the day of the Election.

  3. Registered to Vote Over 28 Days: You must be registered to vote in Kentucky a minimum of 28 days before or on the November 06, 2018 Election Day. The Board of Elections must have your registration form in hand by October 10, 2016. Do it now to be sure.

  4. Live in District Three before Election Day: You must be registered to vote and live at an address in Congressional District Three before Election Day. The District Three boundaries are established by the Kentucky legislature. Precinct #s and locations are changed sometimes as time goes by. Your precinct number and voting location may be new today. You have the right to vote provisionally if you are not shown in the precinct voter list where you live.
    (Top of Page)

If You Do Not Vote in Every Election,
The last three Items are Much harder to accomplish.

  1. Know Where You Vote: You must not wait until the last minute to register to vote. Unless voting is a very high priority in your life, you will not be sure if you are registered when election day arrives and you will not know the address where you go to vote. In the confusion and the busyness of your life you will decide to put off voting until the next election. The best time to register is now. A few weeks after you register you will receive your Voter Registration Confirmation Card in the U.S. Mail. Keep an updated copy of the voter registration card with your drivers license and money, with you at all times. Important: Go to the precinct address where you will vote before Election Day, and you will know for certain where to find your precinct so you can vote on Election Day.

  2. Find Time to Vote: The hardest part of all is finding time in your busy day on Election Day to take the time to vote. With Rich Stevenson, you have a rare opportunity to be represented by a nonpartisan candidate, an independent like you who does not actively support the bipartisan two-party  system. Polls are open in KY from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  3. Motivation: To vote, you must be motivated. Will anyone on the ballot really represent your interests? You need a new kind of person to represent you in Congress. Do not miss this nonpartisan opportunity in this election. We will build a more democratic republic together. Elect Rich.
    (Top of Page)

Items 5 and 6 are the hard part, the part that causes 75% of all eligible voters to not vote on election days, year after year.  The last item is about regrets. Don't miss this opportunity to vote; Do it for our children and our grandchildren. Please. End corruption in Washington. Vote for Rich on November 03, 2020.

!!!! We cannot win if we do not vote !!!!

?? Will You Vote in This Election ??

Yes, If You Register Now and Visit the Precinct Location where You Will Vote Before Election Day. You Will Not Be Too Busy To Find the Voting Address on Election Day. You Will Know how to go there. Simple. Do Each Part and We Will Win this Election. Thank You For Your Vote. (Top of Page)

I Pledge to be Self Term-Limited to Two Terms in Office: Four Years

RICH STEVENSON, dist03ky@cs2pr.us

-----------------------------------------------

To preserve fragile freedom and our democratic republic we must not re-elect bipartisan career incumbents to public office, as often as possible, and replace them with as many newly elected private citizens as possible.

Elect nonpartisan independent candidates on your ballot. We all win if you apply term limits in the voting booth to all Incumbent public office holders. Establishment politicians do harm to our dreams of freedom and a democratic republic. As the years pass, incumbent politicians serve only their political party and other special interests that support their personal political ambitions.

Elect "Rich." You win. We all win. Rich is on your ballot for KY District Three Representative to the U.S. Congress on November 06, 2018. You must be proactive in this election campaign to have your voice heard in the U.S. Congress.
