New York State (NYIVA)

New York Local IVA Home Page Links

Central Concepts of IVA Organization: Each Local IVA is published with a set of State IVA and USAIVA web pages in addition to the Local IVA web pages published by each Local IVA web page manager. The duplication of State IVA and USAIVA web pages on all Local IVAs increases free bandwidth capacity to provide public access to all published State and National IVA web pages at no cost. Contact with each Local IVA will be through email addressed to the Acting Local IVA Chairperson indicated on each Local IVA page. Contact with the NYIVA will be through email addressed to the Interim Acting Chairperson indicated on each NYIVA web page. Local IVA and NYIVA organizational goals will be reached when there is a Local IVA published for every County and precinct in New York (over 16,000), with a minimum of 9 IVA certified petition circulators in every local precinct (over 160,000 statewide NYIVA participants/leaders). State and national headquarters are located on the computer desktops of Local IVA web page managers. ???Edit/update numbers for NY

An acting state chairperson and officers will be elected when the NYIVA has an acting Central Committee in place that satisfies New York state law pertaining to Minor parties with ballot access. All NYIVA certified petition circulators and web page managers will have one instant runoff vote in the nominating process and in the election of all acting NYIVA officers.

A USAIVA national chairman will be elected when a majority of the fifty States have an acting State IVA Central Committee established that complies with the election law of each home state. All Local IVA web page managers and IVA certified petition circulators in the qualified states will have one instant runoff vote to nominate and elect all national USAIVA officers, and to nominate and select coalition Presidential candidates. The USAIVA will never establish any permanent state or national standing committees. The non-partisan independent majority needs a loose alliance of State IVAs to secure a democratic republic for the benefit of all future US Citizens.

When the point is reached that State IVAs have ballot access in enough states to potentially win the Presidency in the Electoral College, the State IVAs with ballot access will form a national nominating committee to select coalition USAIVA Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates. Both candidates will need to appear on one petition in each of the fifty states. Both nominations must be made and accepted at the same time. IVA Presidential ballot access petition efforts will begin in all fifty states in the months before the start of the Presidential Election Year.

The only purpose of the USAIVA after fifty state IVAs have been established, will be the nomination of IVA Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates. The candidates will be nominated in a timely manner, at least a full year before the date of the Presidential General Election. The identity of all candidates who seek the IVA Presidential Nominations will be made public at least a full year before the bipartisan Presidential candidates are decided at the bipartisan national conventions, a few months prior to Election Day. IVA Presidential candidates will have had over one year to become well known.

Local IVAs will support Constitutional National public policy determined by the US Government through the US Congress and the US Executive branch, when led by a properly elected President and Congress. Bipartisan national political parties have inherent conflicts of interest that prevent reasonable development of public policies that support life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all US citizens. You and me. Bottom-up Local IVA influence will make clean government possible and will provide for the common good of our people.

Web Page Managers: Each Local IVA will be separate free web pages operated by IVA participants, located on a free account with one or several IVA participants responsible to edit one or more IVA pages. Underlined counties and links in the tables below are hot links for active Local IVA Home Pages. If no link is shown you can manage the Local IVA web pages for the county, district or area where you live. You can be a Local IVA web page manager even if you are not old enough to register to vote. You can help transform your political future. Ages 8 to 80 are welcome. Return to Manage Local IVA Web Pages..

Look at your current voter registration card to find your electoral districts. Manage web pages for one of your New York electoral districts.

Being registered to vote and having a current voter registration card is the first and necessary step to becoming an active citizen. Telephone your county board of elections to take that first step.

NYIVA Local IVA Home Page Links (Tables)

This State page provides a table of Local IVA links for each New York County and all other proposed Local IVAs. County Local IVAs are the basis for building further Local IVA organizational structure within each county. Each Local IVA table link will go to an entry that shows five items in order: Local IVA home page link, Interim Acting Chairperson name (initially the same person as the web page manager), contact phone number, Local IVA Email address, and date first published. The table entries will include Local IVA web pages for all New York counties, all New York House districts, all New York Senate districts, and all Congressional offices. Statewide New York and National non-partisan candidates will be linked on all New York Local IVA web pages.

All Local IVAs will publish a countywide page, index2, with tables of links for all proposed Local IVA web pages for all political sub-divisions within the county. Each Local IVA will also publish a separate Local Precinct Page, index20, with a table of links for every political precinct Local IVA within the county. The NYIVA goal for growth will be met when IVA web pages have been published for every political precinct in New York and each IVA political precinct has certified a minimum of nine IVA petition circulators. New York will then have about 100,000 IVA certified petition circulators to assure equal ballot access for every citizen of New York. Our children and grandchildren will live in a New York that is a more democratic republic.
