KYIVA Goal: Build the bottom-up Internet structure used by pro-democracy Proactive Voters to create open primary Final Five Elections (FFE) with Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) General Elections in every state.1    Have vote by mail2 available for all eligible voters in every state.3 EQUAL POLITICAL SPEECH under the law. We are the 99.999%. Occupy elections. Everybody Vote! Do something! Occupy Kentucky (KY) Legislative and Executive Offices. Unite America. Occupy the U.S. Congress. Occupy the White House. Occupy FFE: Final Five Elections.ORG  FFE_KY_Locals The ultimate IVA purpose is to give all citizens equal political speech under federal election law and under KY election law. IVA participants will accomplish ballot access for and Election Day support of pro-democracy candidates and issues. The IVA will publish ballot access petitions. Published petitions, available for download, will be petitions for pro-democracy proactive candidates, minor political parties, and pro-reform referendum issues. Each IVA certified petition circulator will choose which ballot access petitions to circulate. Successful petition efforts will give voters more ballot choices to initiate governance from the bottom up. Active citizenship, Participation, will lead to government of, by, and for natural persons at the local, state, and national levels.   Pro-democracy Leadership: The KYIVA will support establishment of the pro-democracy KYIVA political party with an acting Central Committee composed of one man and one woman from each Kentucky county acting as a "political group" in accordance with Kentucky law. The only requirement of all IVA participants and IVA candidates for public office is support for our democratic republic. Liberty, justice, and a more democratic republic are constant IVA goals. Success depends upon participation by large numbers of pro-democracy proactive voters, who are a super majority, as IVA web page managers and as IVA certified  petition circulators. The average IVA participant would need to donate ten to twenty hours of public service time per year to transform our political system. Liberty and justice for all in a more democratic republic is the overall IVA goal. Continuous ballot access as a pro-democracy party will be obtained for the IVA in Kentucky when supported by growth in the number of IVA participants. Continuous IVA ballot access will be maintained either by petition or by obtaining the necessary percentage of votes in Presidential and Gubernatorial elections as provided by KY law.   Continuous KY ballot access for all pro-democracy and proactive candidates will be a required concurrent IVA petition goal. The KYIVA will work to place candidates for local, State and national offices (President, Vice President, U.S. Senator, and U.S. Representative to Congress) from all pro-democracy and proactive parties on all KY ballots. Each IVA participant, pro-democracy proactive voter will then decide which Presidential pair, and other candidates, to vote for or endorse, as the pro-democracy candidate most likely to win each public office. Each pro-democracy proactive public office holder will help to eliminate the pointless bipartisan power struggle that now prevents open clean elections at all levels in KY. (Your Voice) (Top of Page) All IVA pro-democracy candidates must support basic electoral and political reforms to return control of all elections to the people of Kentucky. Candidates: Each IVA pro-democracy candidate, usually one per public office, could be a pro-democracy candidate with a well-defined individual platform on issues. If not, an IVA pro-democracy candidate can choose to run his/her campaign on the well-defined platform of one or more of the minor parties, such as Green, Independence, Libertarian, Natural Law, Reform, or We the People parties — in alphabetical order. Pro-democracy and proactive parties using IVA ballot access will agree to choose one pro-democracy candidate from all possible candidates to stand for any specific public office, especially on the state and local levels. Other promising pro-democracy candidates will choose to run for another office where an IVA pro-democracy candidate is needed to provide an alternative to the monopoly bipartisan two-party system. All endorsed candidates will be selected to provide the best-qualified candidate for every public office in every election. In the event the IVA pro-democracy political party has actual ballot access and can field a full set of candidates for public office, and there is still more than one IVA candidate standing for the office(s), the IVA will participate in primary elections as provided by KY law to elect one candidate from two or more IVA candidates to stand for each public office in the November general elections. One central IVA pro-democracy guiding principle is to provide opposition and alternatives to the monopoly bipartisan two-party system in order to win local, state and national level public office with pro-democracy and proactive candidates who will provide government of, by, and for natural persons.   Briefly, proactive voters can use the KYIVA to create pro-democracy proactive voter government with FFE Open Primary Elections for all public offices in KY and Vote by Mail in KY with the least effort possible. With ballot access problems solved Proactive Voters can dedicate more time and effort toward the election of pro-democracy and proactive candidates who will represent every person in the proactive Voter Majority. IVA proactive candidates elected to public office will govern for the common good of all citizens. Divided, the pro-democracy voter majority will continue to be factional and marginal. (Your Voice)   KYIVA Pro-democracy Party Ballot Access Numbers: Ten valid signatures from 5,000 petition circulators (50,000 valid signatures) are more than the number of valid signatures needed on minor party ballot access petitions in KY. Twenty times that number of petition circulators, 100,000, would lower the number of valid signatures needed per petition circulator to only one or two signatures. Signatures from a spouse and a neighbor can transform our world. Once we have 100,000 IVA certified motivated petition circulators, we can easily reform our KY political system. With as few as five thousand well-motivated petition circulators across the Commonwealth of Kentucky we can accomplish ballot access miracles. Continuous Pro-democracy Ballot Access: Twenty signatures every two years from 5,000+ KYIVA petition circulators (100,000+ signatures) from friends, neighbors, and family will certify KYIVA ballot access for all future elections. Every legislative candidate using KYIVA ballot access will need just 25 valid signatures, not 1000s, for ballot access. Statewide candidates will need just 1000, not 5000 valid signatures.
