“It can't happen here.” Famous last words. Trump is working on overturning the Government of the United States. In 1933 Hitler Burned the Reichstag, the German Capital building. He put his supporters in every important position.

Will Trump burn a building? Will he take over the leadership of our defense department, the Pentagon? That seems to be one leg of their plan. The second leg is Republican State Legislatures. They can reassign Presidential Electoral Votes to the candidate of their choice. That would be anti-democratic, not illegal.

Pay attention. Covid-19 is a huge distraction. Pay attention.

Donald Trump is intending to subvert the Pentagon. He fired the Secretary of Defense, and several other security and intelligence leaders have been replaced. The plan is to steal the Electoral votes of states where votes for Joe Biden won the state for Joe Biden and where Republican Legislatures are controlled by a clear majority. That is true in several states. Sixteen?? That can be done, not ethically, but legally.

The Constitution has no written rules against the plot.

It not only “can happen here.” It is at this moment happening here. 

Some Trump backers think they have already won. They are playing down and dirty. Democratic Attorneys need to mount an offensive against the attack on the election Joe Biden won. The further we play the “nice guy,” the further the bad guys will be on the way to a successful semi-legal Coup.

Trump is the American White Nationalist Nazi in this story. His loyalists will win unless we defend the Constitutional 2020 Presidential election in The Supreme Court. Joe Biden won the election, obviously. Trump is a "Megalomaniac" who will never accept defeat. Trump is obsessed with staying in power. Much like any other dictatorial personality in history. Adolph Hitler, for example.

Trump and his loyalists have a plan to steal the Presidency. They cannot win the election in Court. Their plans are not a legal means to steal the Presidency. They are planning to steal electoral votes that were won by Joe Biden in State General Elections.

They intend to bypass the elections. It could work if the State Republican Legislatures want to bypass legal elections. Will they?? They may be able to do just that.

“It can't happen here?” It did in Germany in 1933 (Adolph Hitler). All it takes is a bad apple like Donald Trump. He cares nothing about our country or its Constitution. Now is the time to stop the Coup. It can happen here with bad people like Trump's supporters.

Act now. Place an injunction against changing State Electoral Votes. File the suit needed to protect the Presidential Election.

Seek injunctive relief against reassigning Electoral Votes from Biden to Trump in Republican States by Republican State Legislatures.

This does not apply to the Commonwealth of Kentucky where KY's 8 electoral votes were assigned to Trump as a result of the KY General Election.

We all need to demand that a suit be brought against the Republican Legislatures of all Republican States to prevent the reassigning of Electoral Votes to Donald Trump based on unproven “fraud” alleged in numerous frivolous suits brought by the Trump Campaign in several states. In the various states with elections and Electoral Votes won by Joe Biden there should be no change in the assignment of Electoral Votes. If you believe in the future “we must become proactive good citizens.”

The only fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election is the fraud being perpetrated by the President, Donald Trump.

Voters must take power from (and within) the D and R parties to have open elections so all voters have a vote in all elections. Elect populist candidates put on the ballot by voters to defeat establishment D and R candidates. Unite America. Everybody Vote! “We must become proactive good citizens to have a voice in public policy.”
